Sharnai Fisher

Sharnai Fisher is the Founder and Managing Investigator of Fisheye Investigation Group. A proud United States Air Force veteran, Sharnai currently continues her service as an Air Force Police Officer. With over 16 years of experience in the criminal justice field, she brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to every case she handles.

Throughout her career, Sharnai has worked across a wide range of specialties, including Criminal Investigations, Electronic Corrections, Fugitive Recovery, Fraud Analysis, and Law Enforcement. She has also served as a licensed Bail Bond Agent. Her qualifications include certifications in Interviewing and Interrogation Techniques, along with specialized training in Fraud Analytics.

Sharnai’s investigative experience extends to high-level undercover work for Fortune 500 companies, where she played a key role in identifying and dismantling both internal and external organized crime networks. Additionally, she has provided critical support in numerous child custody investigations, always prioritizing the safety and well-being of families.

Her investigative territory spans multiple states, including Tennessee, Texas, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Arizona, showcasing her adaptability and commitment to justice on a broad scale.

Memberships and Organizations

Mrs. Fisher is apart of multiple local and national organizations. She is currently a member of the Fraternal Order of Investigators, United States Association of Professional Investigators, International Association of Interviewers, Maricopa County Chamber of Commerce, and the NAACP the Maricopa County Branch.

Mrs. Fisher is also an Alumni of the Leadership Enrichment and Development (LEAD) course that is held by the City of Goodyear. She is also a volunteer to multiple ministries at her church. Mrs. Fisher is also endorsed by Arizona National Organization for Women (AZNOW PAC).

What do I represent?

Blue/Red... Left/Right... Democratic/Republican

I've been asked before, “What side are you on — left or right?” And my answer is simple: I'm not pro either side. I'm proudly on the side of humanity.

I don’t fully align with one political party. I see value and take away different perspectives from both the left and the right. My focus is on what’s best for people — for all citizens of Maricopa County, Pinal County and the United States of America.

I’ve spent the last 16 years working in Criminal Justice. I’m a Criminal Investigator and the proud owner of a fully operational Private Investigation Agency, which has expanded across multiple states and secured several government contracts.

I'm also still actively serving in the U.S. Air Force, currently holding the rank of E-5.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of working alongside some of Arizona’s top attorneys. I’ve upheld, enforced, investigated, and reviewed the law from multiple angles. Now, I feel it’s time to take the next step — to be a part of the process that creates, shapes, and improves the very policies that impact our community’s future.

Arizona is my home, and I’m ready to serve it in a new way — with the same commitment, integrity, and vision that has guided me this far.
